PG&E's success is based on the engagement and retention of talented PG&E employees. The Service Award Program recognizes and celebrates employee service milestones every five years and at retirement. Full- or part-time employees with at least five years of service are eligible to participate. If an employee leaves PG&E and returns at a later date, the most recent hire date is used to determine eligibility for service awards.
Employees that are eligible for a service award and have a company email address will receive an email congratulating them on their service milestone and instructions to select a gift. Between April and October.
Service awards are an opportunity for you to publicly recognize your employee's efforts in helping PG&E provide safe, affordable and reliable service every day. As a supervisor, you will receive a personalized service anniversary award certificate for your employee. Please recognize and thank your employee for their service and present the certificate to him or her.
