If you like what you have, you don’t need to do anything. But if you're curious about what other benefits are available, now is the perfect time to consider your options.

There are no big changes to your medical benefits.

How to enroll and get help:

If you're enrolling from work, click on PG&E@Work For Me > About Me > My Benefits > Mercer BenefitsCentral and you’ll automatically be logged into your account. Or, log into Mercer BenefitsCentral with your username and password. If you prefer to enroll by phone or want to talk to an expert about your benefits, call the PG&E Benefits Service Center at 1-866-271-8144.
Click on Get Started to begin your enrollment process, and you’ll see your benefit elections in your shopping cart. You can print a confirmation of your elections after you submit them. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Pacific time.

Your Personalized Enrollment Worksheet shows your benefit options and costs for 2020.

For Management and A&T employees:
Available at your Mercer BenefitsCentralSM account starting November 6.
For Union-represented employees and employees on leave:
Mailed to your home. If you don’t receive it by November 6, call the PG&E Benefits Service Center: 1-866-271-8144.
